![]() ![]() As for testing every item attribute (of which there are about 200+) to see what does and does not work on a hireling, I haven't gotten around to doing that. If you look on the webpage with the revised hireling skills, you'll see what I've done. I have spent a lot of time modifying and testing the Hireling.txt file, changing their stats and skills. I've majorly tweaked mercs from the original "vanilla" LOD as my webpage will attest to, but beyond that, I haven't really changed their coding. My main concern was making attributes work on the primary character - it's been enough to do just keeping that in focus. I never thought it was a problem until you mentioned it. To be honest, I haven't done much experimenting with what attributes do and do not work on mercs. (It could make interesting reading on your web site). Are mercenaries incapable of receiving/using certain stats? If so, can you tell us which ones and/or what type? - Thanks. I want to know if I'm wasting my time crafting a jewel that will greatly enhance " xxx%Damage to Demons" if I add that jewel into her bow. ![]() The armor seems to have no boosting effect whatsover. The same armor also has an increase to "Life," as well as other stats.īut, with the armor on her of off of her, her stats remain basically the same. I gave her armor that is supposed to add 26,500 to defense (based on char level). ATTN: KATO - What info can you share that will explain how mercenaries are affected/not affected by various stats?įor example: My mercenary is the the Act I Rogue. ![]()
